So quiet all around

except for the gentle rustle of falling leaves.

Breakfasting from those tasty berries

than where picked this morning from the garden.

Warmth inside as the chill air contrasts 

of the lovely natural world outside.

Happiness from the small delights

and the promise of a marvellous day.
