The best diet is,

depending,

the Japanese diet

or the Mediterranean diet.

Neither have a lot of sugar in them

and Italians don’t drink vast amounts of alcohol either -

Unlike like the Northern Europeans.

 

There’s loads of calories in alcohol and most Britons who drink more than lightly have been shown time and time again to be lying to others and themselves about how much they drink.

As for the Japanese diet,

it’s rich in rice,

fish and vegetables,

no wheat or dairy,

little sugar,

though they do drink

but their main diet is low in fat and sugar

and few are fat or obese.

They also do vegan food

which is low in fat and sugar.
