I try not to eat too much of the bad stuff

but love chocolate spread on plain rice cakes in the morning, the rice cakes are a nod towards being healthy but am not really fooling anyone, least of all myself.

Still. Am running every day, within my BMI levels, and eating lots of green stuff and fruit so I reckon it is a bit like ying and yang you need something naughty to get a truly balanced diet.
