Our brain is made from that which we eat food,

It is then so important

for that which we eat and drink

for that affects our ability

to keep an alert and active  healthy mind


So it is wonderful to feed the brain  with fish

Flourishing in lots of green vegetables

Nuts and fruits are wonderful to stay alert

But more than above all is to keep drinking water


Stay happy and  enjoy exercise
