English School Children they are still unable to read

Communication is crucial to children's life chances 

Unable to read despite  they are going to school is too often for the English Children.

English Schools are not in a good usage condition if they are unable to teach.

Children's speech, language and communication needs is not being prioritised,

Children's education had been cut to save money.

 A scandal that the small children  are unable to read simple words, then they rarely are able to  catch up
