Affray

Affray does not exist in Scotland. 

I asked a Scottish Law professor why not.

His reply was that it would be too easy

for the police to lie and obtain a conviction. 
It is against natural Justice. 

Carrying petrol bombs is not affray

but waving a ceremonial sword or mace about is,

if you frighten anyone or they say that

'I was never more frightened in my life'..

Typical English law.

It keeps the lower orders in their place.
