Claws, teeth and jaws

The wolves, dogs, foxes, hyenas, bears and other mammals in their group cannot retract their claws to protect them in sheaths, because they are not used as weapons.
Instead these mammals, which are also hunters, have strong jaws and teeth, including the two pairs of extra long ones called canines, or 'dog teeth'
Wolves and, in the wild state, dogs, hunt in packs and chase their quarry until it is tired out, when they kill and share it among the pack.
The fox hunts alone, and uses its speed and cunning to catch its prey.
