How  to improve your sleep

 

 

 

 

Most adults  don’t get the rest they need.

 

Many important  restorative processes take place while we are asleep.

 

yet most people fail to get the seven to nine hours recommended for us.

 

Sleep deprivation has been linked to a long list of health problems.

 

Those health problems  include type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, depression and obesity.

 

So try to get at least those hours that are needed to restore energy and health to your life improvement.

 

 

             Regular times for sleeping

 

 

It is not, however, all about duration.

 

Our bodies do different things during different sleep phases, which are characterised by different brainwave patterns.

 

REM sleep has been linked to learning and memory, while growth hormone is released during deep sleep.

 

One of the best ways to boost sleep quality is to maintain regular sleep times.

I need to learn how to do this. I sleep 3 to 5 hrs. a night. Tot enough.
