Now that it is Summer, and an opportunity to enjoy the nature of a lovely countryside, happiness is enjoyed.

However in the winter when it dark, dank and gloomy it would be a chance to pop into the National Gallery, London for just a minute and bask into this picture before emerging in the cold world re-invigorated.
