Vitamin D is   in oily fish

Atlantic salmon and herring

 liver and  egg yolks ,

 

 

 

however 1/4 th of  adults

 and nearly 1/5th of children

are lacking vitamin D

 

 

 

 

 

Vitamin D is essential

 

for muscles, teeth and healhy bones

.

Not enough sunlight in the northern countries, that's another reason for lack of vitamin D but sunseekers need to beware ..... Sunscreen is still needed. Interesting article as usual. Thank you.:-)
