 This is a kylpytynnyri. (kylpy = bath, tynnyri = barrel)

It is for enjoying being outdoors while bathing.

interesting concept. seems sort of like the finnish equivalent of a jacuzzi, but usable in pretty much any weather. were you in finland when this was posted?
