Body language is more universal than the spoken language.

People from different cultures use the same  facial expressions to demonstrate the basic expressions.

 Anger, joy, sadness, fear, disgust and surprise can   all be expressed via body language.

Innate emotions, for those blind and deaf,  could not have learned or copied those body movements.
